Training, qualifications & experience
I completed my training as a Nutritional Therapist at the renowned College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. Here I trained in the principles of Functional and evidence based Medicine, a science-based method that assesses and supports the underlying causes of symptoms. I am registered and regulated by the British Association for Applied Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and am a member of The Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
I see clients requiring support nutritionally and with chronic diseases. My experience is a very personal one as I was diagnosed with an auto-immune multiple sclerosis in 2011 and later with coeliac disease and osteoarthritis. Through my own journey I can truly understand what it is to live life with health issues and chronic disease. It was this that drove me to look for another way to be a better version of myself. I do believe there is light at the end of the tunnel and by supporting your body through personalised nutrition and making positive changes to your lifestyle you can achieve a much healthier, thriving version of you.
If you are at the point in your life where you are committed to making positive and long-term changes and would like to hear how I can support you in doing this please contact me on 07970 932296 or drop me an e-mail to arrange your free 20-minute consultation.
