I was diagnosed with Sjogrens Syndrome in the summer of 2016. After conventional medicine offered me no respite from my symptoms, I decided to seek an alternative route, namely nutritional therapy.

I found Rebecca Hancock on the Web and made contact which resulted in me booking a series of one to one session’ with her, both online and in person.

Rebecca went out of her way to research and become more informed concerning my condition and ultimately provided me with a totally new daily eating plan.

Initially, I confess, I was phased by the radical changes from my old style of eating to her proposed plan but was more than prepared to give it a try. Within days I started to see vast improvements and felt considerably better in my general health and wellbeing. My severe exhaustion that I had experienced for over a year disappeared. Rebecca made herself available to answer any questions I had, and hand held me through the initial process until things became more familiar. Such is my faith in the plan I continue to follow her recommendations to the letter. I do still have occasional severe flare ups of my condition but feel much better equipped now to deal with this.

I would recommend Rebecca to anyone seeking an alternative to conventional medicine and am very grateful to her for helping me to better manage my Sjogrens Syndrome.

Following our consults last year, I wanted to let you know that dysbiosis got better, my eczema is Gone (!) (After 25 years), I dropped 2 inches from my pregnant-looking waistline, I quit my job at Christmas, and had my last day at work on Valentines day. Since then, I have gotten to spend time with family (5 months), and much more quality time with my daughter, quality sleep, and lost 7 pounds during the lockdown. Thank you very much for catalyzing my changes, and for confirming the beliefs that lifestyle choices can really improve our health and our lives!
