When booking this consultation, I will ask you some questions. In some cases, I may think that another health care provider, may be a better fit given your situation. If that is the case, then I will do my best to provide you with recommendations on a suitable provider.
In the consultation, we will establish your requirements and health goals and I will answer questions about who I am, what I offer, and how I work.
The purpose of this consultation is to determine whether we are a good fit and not to provide personal advice.
Please note: Should you wish to proceed and book your package, you will need to allow for three weeks (to allow for the recommended tests to be completed and the results returned to me), to complete your 7 day diet diary and health questionnaire.
Cancellation policy
If you do need to cancel an appointment, please let me know with at least 48 hours’ notice. You can do this by emailing me on booking@rebeccahancocknutrition.co.uk
Any consultations, which are missed or cancelled, with less than 48 hours’ notice will need to be paid in full. If you feel the circumstances are unavoidable, I would be pleased to discuss further.
Upon booking your Nutritional Therapy appointment you will be required to make a 10% deposit, should you decide not to attend your consultation this will cover the costs of the room rental, my time and travel to destination. Upon attendance of your consultation the deposit will be fully redeemed against the consultation costs.
